I purchased a vehicle from Cars to Fit Any Budget in Bridgeport, Ohio, and in my experience, the car suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure just three weeks after I bought it. After that experience, I was understandably nervous about buying another vehicle. Ryan never gave up. He knew what had happened to me, and he fought hard to get me approved. He went back and forth with multiple lenders and refused to quit until he found a way to get me financed. Brad was right there helping every step of the way. These guys were absolute warriors. Because of their hard work, I'm now driving my very first brand-new car with a full warranty, and I finally have the peace of mind of knowing I'm in a reliable vehicle. Ryan and Brad treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism from start to finish. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and will go the extra mile, I can't recommend Straub highly enough. The Best Car Buying Experience in Decades! I've purchased many vehicles over the years and currently own five, so I have plenty of dealership experiences to compare. I recently sold my 2019 Porsche Cayman S to purchase a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sport S in 41 Olive Green from Straub Jeep, and I must say—this experience beat my experiences at both Porsche and Mercedes-Benz dealerships! Working with Bradley and Brad was absolutely amazing. The entire sales team was spot on with no games or pressure—they just worked with me on finding the right Jeep and were extraordinarily nice to both me and my wife. After a brief test drive, we came in and did the paperwork, which was extraordinarily easy to complete. Bradley then took the Jeep back to have the guys finish the prep work. When he pulled it in front of the dealership and I walked outside, I could literally smell the wax! Bradley was standing there holding a microfiber cloth, and he literally walked around the vehicle wiping off any last fingerprint. The Jeep was immaculate! I've never had anybody—including the Porsche dealership where I just bought my Cayman—do this level of preparation. It was truly impressive. What really stood out was the genuine care they showed. My wife wasn't feeling well that day, and Bradley went out of his way looking for ginger ale to help her feel better. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The 2025 Wrangler Sport S in 41 Olive Green has far exceeded my expectations, but honestly, it's the people at Straub Jeep who made this experience unforgettable. This is hands down the best experience I've had at a car dealership in a few decades! If you're considering a Jeep, do yourself a favor and visit Straub Jeep. Ask for Bradley and Brad—you won't be disappointed!

We have had so many problems with our Ram radio & also truck not wanting to move after starting. The wonderful lady at Glendale Straub said it would be finally fixed & it was . We thank you so very much. Such a special lady!

Had my truck in with a few problems covered under warranty. Took in for an ABS sensor, bad thermostat, brake light out showing on display, noise in front (wheel bearing) and screen is showing that the truck is going into 4 wheel drive. Only the sensor and thermostat was changed. I took it in a second time but it was showing oil seal was leaking on the wheel bearing that should have been changed on the first service. They charged me another deductible and still didn't fix the other problems. When I got the truck home and went to restart smoke rolled out from under the hood. I called to ask if they had something disconnected so I could trouble shoot. They said that my rep was on lunch and call back in an hour. Good thing I was home and was able to fix it myself.

We went in for an oil change in my Ram pickup as we always do. Everyone is always friendly, greet us my name. The service is fast, they always update us on progress of anything we have done.

Extremely nice people quick service and great mechanics

I was sent an email supposedly with a questionnaire in it but it was not there. The two ladies working the service desk was a 10! Polite ,worked with me for what I needed and they got it. Service was great for what I had to have done. They are top notch!! Thanks Ladies!!!

Customer service is the worst! They improperly installed a part, resulting in another dealership repairing it correctly for $1900. Then after several presentations of a letter of intent for a refund of the original cost plus the additional repair, I finally received a call(after leaving several voice messages) from Dave Yoho ,service manager, who proceeded to call me “deceitful” and was told “you just want your money back.” Told me the other dealership was wrong and they fixed the problem.They sure did not. They wanted to replace the heater core which wasn’t the problem. After paying over $800 to Straub , I left the garage in the middle of January with no heat and they were not concerned one bit. It’s been a nightmare for over a year dealing with them. Only after reporting all of this to the BBB, did I even see a response from Rick Maines, the GM. It wasn’t addressed to me,I had to get that info 2nd hand. Steer clear of this place……..very dishonest people.

I was on vacation and my Ram 3500 check engine light came on. They were able to fit me in and resolve my issue so I could drive back home.

The experience was easy and relaxing in waiting room and was completed in 45 minutes

Jordan in sales and Gus in finance are great to work with as they go out of their way to create a pleasant experience for buyers. The team was patient with my choosing a vehicle with all of the features that I wanted and worked like crazy to locate and move a vehicle in for me overnight.
