The best thing I ever purchase
We went in for an oil change in my Ram pickup as we always do. Everyone is always friendly, greet us my name. The service is fast, they always update us on progress of anything we have done.
Extremely nice people quick service and great mechanics
I was sent an email supposedly with a questionnaire in it but it was not there. The two ladies working the service desk was a 10! Polite ,worked with me for what I needed and they got it. Service was great for what I had to have done. They are top notch!! Thanks Ladies!!!
Customer service is the worst! They improperly installed a part, resulting in another dealership repairing it correctly for $1900. Then after several presentations of a letter of intent for a refund of the original cost plus the additional repair, I finally received a call(after leaving several voice messages) from Dave Yoho ,service manager, who proceeded to call me “deceitful” and was told “you just want your money back.” Told me the other dealership was wrong and they fixed the problem.They sure did not.
